Somiya Thomas

The Graves Family / Graves Automotive

The Parker Layrisson Law Firm is a family affair for local father, auto mechanic and school bus driver Marshall Graves. Three generations of his family have been represented by Parker Layrisson over the years.

When Marshall’s wife Amy and two of their children were seriously injured by a careless driver, Marshall turned to Parker for representation. For Ponchatoula brothers Wil & Ben Richardson, the quest to the top of the Apple App Store started with an iPhone game developed for friends and family.They quickly saw that people loved the maddeningly addictive game of Pling Plong, so they programming a sequel. But the developers realized they had some questions on starting their own software business, so they turned to attorney Parker Layrisson.

Parker recommended they continue their creative work as a limited liability company (LLC), a business entity offering the liability protection and corporate flexibility they needed.
